Harclerode waives right to jury trial in porn case
LEWISBURG – Retired Bucknell University professor Jack Harclerode waived his right to a jury trial today in Union County Court. Harclerode, 72, was scheduled for a jury trial with the dicovery of 249 images showing child pornography allegedly found on his computer in his home.
