Man Charged with Distrubuting Child Porn in Northampton County
State Police say they've arrested a Northampton County man and charged him with distributing child pornography from his computer. 31-year-old Ryan Dice of East Allen Township is charged possession of child porn, criminal use of a computer and other offenses.
