Dissident Yahoo shareholder plans vote campaign
Dissident Yahoo Inc shareholder Eric Jackson said on Sunday he plans to launch a campaign urging Yahoo shareholders to withhold their votes from all Yahoo directors at the company's annual meeting, because the company failed to cut a deal with Microsoft Corp.

Google Trends recently updated their online "popularity" meter and Ubuntu remains the clear No1 Linux distro in terms of search trend. Fedora and Debian seem to be battling for the second position, while SuSE had a small "trend" loss in the 3rd place.

Microsoft said that Office 2008 will come in three versions . The "core" version, Office 2008 for Mac, including all the applications plus Automator and Microsoft Exchange Server support, will cost USD 399.95, with a USD 239.95 upgrade price.

Microsoft is set to deliver a new Windows Vista build - possibly Build No. 5506 - to testers some time in the next few days, according to Vista testers who asked not to be named. The forthcoming build will embed links to a number of Microsoft's Windows Live services.
