Investors eye Yahoo's alternatives to Microsoft
NEW YORK/SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Yahoo Inc faced growing pressure on Sunday to find an alternative strategy to Microsoft Corp's $47.5 billion (24.1 billion pound) takeover offer after the software maker walked away over a disagreement on price.

That's not what he said. He said that all software violates patents. Guess what? Microsoft makes software. Sure. Ands that why many companies enter into cross-licensing agreements.

Horacio Gutierrez, Microsoft's vice president of intellectual property and licensing said that, no less. OK Horatio, lets take you at your word. You are not a party to the GPLv3 license, and you do not distribute any GPLv3 code.
