Worldwide IPTV service revenues to reach US$19 billion in 2012, says Gartner
Worldwide subscriptions to internet Protocol television (IPTV) services are on pace to reach 19.6 million subscribers in 2008, a 64.1% increase from 12 million subscribers in 2007, according to Gartner. Worldwide IPTV revenues are projected to total US$4.5 billion in 2008, a 93.5% increase from 2007 revenues of US$2.3 billion.

Ex-employee charged in LaBrae thefts
WARREN - A former computer coordinator for LaBrae school district is accused of stealing more than $100,000 in computer equipment and technology from the district, police said Thursday. Joseph Beeson, former district technical coordinator, is facing two counts of theft in office after being indicted Thursday by a Trumbull County Common Pleas Court grand jury.
