A Wahoo man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly having a sexually explicit online chat with a police investigator posing as a 15-year-old girl. Keith Hurley, 33, chatted with the investigator in a Yahoo! chat room for about two hours on July 29, said Officer Katie Flood.
