iPartment, an online community website established in Taiwan in October 2002 and operated by the Taiwan-based company SunFun Info, has attracted 200 million frequent users, including 12 million members, in the China market since the site was launched there in July 2005. The number of China-based members is expected to gradually increase to reach 30 million at the end of 2009, according to SunFun.
