DRAMeXchange: Early May Average DRAM Contract Price Up 12.77%
TAIPEI -(Dow Jones)- Contract prices of dynamic random access memory chips, which are negotiated between chip makers and personal computer makers, increased 12.77% on average in the first half of May from the second half of April, according to DRAMeXchange, a Taiwanese online chip clearinghouse.
