The European Union's antitrust commission plans to investigate complaints regarding Microsoft Office , EU Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes said Thursday. Kroes, who was speaking at the Fordham Annual Conference on International Antitrust Law and Policy, did not elaborate on the investigation.
