VeriSign reports Q1 loss
Internet infrastructure provider VeriSign has reported a net loss of $18.58m for the first quarter 2008, against a net profit of $61.7m in the year-ago quarter, on revenue up 8% at $354.28m. It said the loss was primarily due to asset-impairment and restructuring charges.
