Sure, it started off as a great little tidbit showing that Linux triumphed in a tough environment. Great stuff! What's with the sudden distro review!? It's not even really well done and in the end Xandros is called too proprietary and "Windowsey"...the opinion takes a big shift there!

"When you're done installing SUSE Linux 10.1 OSS, your desktop system is not complete. You might still need support for Java programs, MP3 audio files, and browser plugins for Macromedia Flash, Adobe Acrobat, RealPlayer, and Windows Media Video.

OpenSUSE 10.2 Beta 2 has been released. "I'm glad to announce the second beta of openSUSE 10.2 codename Basilisk Lizard. It contains a large number of enhancements and updates done by the open source community and Novell's development teams.

"I was somewhat surprised (but pleased) at the level of interest back when I published my Windows Vista - 90 Day Vulnerability Report. It was about the earliest span of time I thought might give us some indicators, and the indicators did look good.

Almost two years ago, the FSF started work on the first update of the GNU GPL in over a decade. A last-minute hitch, though, is keeping the license from appearing .
