Saugus inks 5-year rubbish deal with JRM, nets $75G in savings
SAUGUS - The town will clean up well in its new rubbish contract with its current vender JRM Hauling and Recycling Services. Town Manager Andrew Bisignani said he inked a five-year deal with JRM at 2004 prices and it includes weekly recycling.
