Microsoft has officially released the patch that fixes the WMF flaw. The patch can be download individually here , but it is advised to simply use Windows Update.

Dummy deletes computer's trash can
Q. OK, call me a dummy. I have somehow deleted my Recycle Bin from my desktop in Microsoft Vista. I am not sure how I did it. I know I didn't do it on purpose.
