Former cop charged with stealing computer hard drives
A former Overland Park police officer was charged this week with shoplifting and drug possession. Donald Kevin Duncan, 37, of Shawnee, is accused to stealing computer hard drives on Saturday from the Costco store at 12221 Blue Valley Parkway in Overland Park. Police said they also found methamphetamine on Duncan when he was arrested.
