Internet giant eBay fined £32m over sale of 'fake' merchandise
EBay has been ordered to pay compensation of £32million over the sale of counterfeit products. In a test case that is expected to have a huge impact on web retailing, a Paris court ruled its French site had not done enough to stop the sale of counterfeit bags, perfumes and other items.

It is not too surprising that Ubuntu came in first in DesktopLinux.com's 2007 Desktop Linux Market Survey , or that Firefox was the topmost browser by far.
