Henrico police seek missing teen
Henrico County police are looking for a 16-year-old girl who has not been seen in more than a week. Kelsey Marie Ratliff disappeared June 24 after arguing with her parents about using the Internet to contact boys. Ratliff, who lives in the 2000 block of Oregon Avenue and attends Varina High School, is described as 4 feet, 10 inches tall, 145 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
