IBM has hammered the final nails into OS/2's coffin. It said that all sales of OS/2 will end on the 23rd of December this year, and support for the pre-emptive multitasking operating system will end on the 31st December 2006.

Rising cyber crime haunts Kolkata Police
While 30 complaints were received each month, four to five could actually be followed up as real cases of cybercrime, Ashim Kar Choudhury, in charge of the cyber cell, told PTI. "Cybercrime is a crime committed primarily through Internet contact and includes credit card fraud, identity theft, child pornography, indecent chat-room behaviour, e-mail fraud, threat and hacking of sites," he said.

PC-BSD is positioned as a FreeBSD system with full compatibility. This is true as long as you keep the core system as it is and don't start installing software via packages and ports. At that point I got the impression that PC-BSD is not completely in sync with FreeBSD.
