Henrico Sex Arrest
On 7/2/2008, Julian P. Martin, Jr. of Henrico County was arrested in Louisa County for soliciting a person whom he believed to be a female minor 13 YOA. The investigation had been ongoing for one week involving undercover officers from the Louisa Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, which is an affiliate agency of the Southern VA ICAC Task Force.

So should you pay up to $35 for their lowest 5GB plan, you just might be able to actually watch two HD films. Of course you can go over your limit if you're willing to pay $1 per additional gigabyte, a markup over cost of only 1,000 to 1,500% by Time Warner Cable.
