Adobe, IBM, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Novell, RealNetworks and Red Hat are all backing the new Linux standards effort led by the Free Standards Group . The nonprofit organisation plans to marshal their resources to form standards for key components of Linux desktop software, including libraries, application runtime and install time.

Local youth soccer coach faces federal charges for allegedly trying to meet 14-year-old for sex
(WHAS11) - Federal charges have now been filed against a Louisville youth soccer coach who was arrested at Robison Park in Lyndon. Police say he went there to have sex with someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl he'd met online.
