Yahoo rejects Microsoft/Icahn proposal
SUNNYVALE, USA: Yahoo! Inc. confirmed that it has rejected a joint proposal from Microsoft and Carl Icahn for a complex restructuring of Yahoo! that would include the acquisition of Yahoo!'s search business by Microsoft.
