Icahn Pushes for New Yahoo Board after Weekend Deal Rejected
NEW YORK (AP) - Activist investor Carl Icahn continues to push to replace Yahoo's current board of directors. In urging shareholders to vote for his slate of nine directors, Icahn said today he was confident a new board would ensure an acquisition deal with Microsoft.
