Ex-worker faces new trial over sensitive Boeing computer files
King County prosecutors will seek a second trial for ex-Boeing worker Gerald Eastman, according to Eastman's attorney, Ramona Brandes, after a jury earlier this month deadlocked over charges that he improperly accessed sensitive company computer files.
