Hynix May Pay $51 Million to Rambus for U.S. Access (Update1)
July 15 (Bloomberg) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. , the world's second-largest maker of memory chips, may be forced to pay Rambus Inc. more than $51 million a year, or 11 cents a share, rather than be barred from its $1.2 billion computer-chip market in the U.S. by a federal judge in California.
