"The delay of Windows Vista means that computers sold this holiday season will predominantly be running Windows XP. Microsoft hopes that Vista won't be far from the minds of new computer buyers, however, as they are pushing a new 'stickering' campaign aimed at informing customers that most of these machines are capable of handling Vista.

The soap surrounding PsyStar, the company that offers a Mac clone for sale, just keeps on running. After the initial launch, the company was plagued by doubt and mystery surrounding its actual existence, but soon after videos started popping up of the OpenComputer out in the wild, beyond the company itself.

Indictments snare bikers, lawmen
Among the items listed was $10,000 in cash taken from a safe at his home and a $7,000 check taken from his briefcase. Authorities also took 30 pink slips related to motorcycles in the shop, a laptop computer and firearms seized from Road Dog Cycle and Holloway's home.
