Schools give physical activity short shrift
I have to comment on an editorial in Saturday’s Las Vegas Sun regarding teenage physical activity. You quote Clark County School District curriculum to show students are getting at least some exercise. You then go on to blame teenage lethargy and potential future obesity on TV, computers and video games. I’m not so sure they are entirely to blame.

At WinHEC, Microsoft CEO said Vista might be pushed back a few weeks , depending on the feedback received on Vista Beta 2. "We think we are on track for shipping early in [2007]," the Microsoft CEO said.

Mandriva has long had its Linux fans, but it's recently been turning its efforts toward the business and desktop markets and, if CEO François Bancilhon has anything to do with it, Mandriva will become as big a Linux name as Red Hat and Novell in the enterprise.
