(AP:JANESVILLE, Wis.) Federal workplace regulators have proposed $127,000 in fines against a Janesville computer monitor recycler. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration alleged CRT Processing LLC exposed workers to carbon monoxide, lead and cadmium.
