Wrap it up: Enough of this 'Mummy' franchise
Has there been a more egregious abuse of computer-generated imagery than that of the "Mummy" franchise? For four films now - if you count the "Scorpion King" spin-off and now "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" - these effects extravaganzas have stretched the limits of how much CGI razzle dazzle a single frame of film can handle. The experience, more often than not, has been pulverizing.

Probably the most often misunderstood element of KDE4 is Plasma, the extensive widget engine that replaces the normal desktop and the Kicker panel from KDE 3.x. The entire KDE4 desktop is built up out of Plasmoids (yet another term for desk accessory ), including the panel and the desktop itself - and it is the latter that has been causing quite some confusion.
