Former Fire Captain to Stand Trial on Sex Charges
A 3rd District judge has ordered a former South Jordan fire captain to stand trial on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Salt Lake County prosecutors filed the second-degree felonies against Michael Farnsworth in March. They say the state's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force found Farnsworth had downloaded thousands of pornographic images to his computer.
