Fans are being warned not to buy bogus tickets for the MTV Europe Music Awards - because they aren't even on sale yet. Internet touts want thousands for VIP tickets for the bash at the Echo Arena in Liverpool. But general manager Tim Banfield said: "None have been issued as of yet."
